SCHEDULE 1 CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS COMING INTO FORCE ON 8th FEBRUARY 2000

Overseas Development and Co-operation Act 1980

14.  In Schedule 1 to the Overseas Development and Co-operation Act 1980 (statutory bodies with powers under section 2(1) of that Act)(1), in Part II, after “A Special Health Authority” there is inserted–

“A Primary Care Trust”.
