SCHEDULEPASSENGER INFORMATION
PART IINFORMATION RELATING TO A PASSENGER AS GIVEN ON OR SHOWN BY THE PASSENGER'S PASSPORT OR OTHER TRAVEL DOCUMENT
Full name.
Gender.
Date of birth.
Nationality.
The type of travel document held by the passenger and its number.
If the passenger has a United Kingdom visa or other form of United Kingdom entry clearance, its expiry date.
PART IIOTHER INFORMATION RELATING TO A PASSENGER
Name as it appears on the passenger’s reservation.
Ticket number.
Date and place of issue of the ticket.
If not the carrier, the identity of the person who made the passenger’s reservation on behalf of the carrier.
Method of payment for the ticket.
Travel itinerary.
Names of all other passengers appearing on the passenger’s reservation.
If the passenger is travelling with a car or other vehicle, the vehicle registration number and, if the vehicle has a trailer, the trailer registration number (if different to the vehicle registration number).
