12. For columns 1 and 2 in fee 9 there shall be substituted—

9.1—(c) On the appellant filing an appeal questionnaire (unless the appellant has paid fee 9.1(b)), or on the respondent filing an appeal questionnaire (unless the respondent has paid fee 9.1(b)) | £200 |
9.2 On filing a respondent’s notice where the respondent wishes to ask the appeal court to uphold the order of the lower court for reasons different from or additonal to those given by the lower court | £100 |
9.3 On filing an application notice | £100 |
Fee 9.3 shall not be payable for an application made in an appeal notice.” |
