The Secretary of State, being a Minister designatedM1 for the purpose of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972M2 in relation to the control of the export of goods and measures relating to trade in dual-use goods, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:
