ROAD TRAFFIC
This Order designates the District of Dover, excluding certain lengths of road which are identified in Article 3 of the Order, as both a permitted parking area and a special parking area in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991. It also applies with modifications various provisions of Part II of that Act to the designated area and modifies the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 in relation to the designated area.
