In this Schedule—
“the 1998 Act” means the Social Security Act 1998 ;
“the 1988 Order” means the Social Security (Northern Ireland Order 1998 ;
“the 2000 Act” means the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 ;
“the Transfer Act” means the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999
“the Transfer Order” means the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 ; and
“the Welfare Reform Act” means the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 .
