SCHEDULE 7 Corresponding Northern Ireland Enactments

1.  In this Schedule—

“the 1998 Order” means the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998(1);

“the 2000 Act” means the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000;

“the Transfer Order” means the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) (Northern Ireland) Order 1999(2);

“the Welfare Reform Act” means the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999; and

“the Welfare Reform Order” means the Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1999(3).
