In its application in respect of the period prior to 1st April 2002, section 76 of the Act (accounts of the Secretary of State in relation to loans) shall apply as if, in subsection (1), for “each financial year” there were substituted “the period beginning on 26th March 2001 and ending on 31st March 2002” and, in subsection (2), for “the month of November in the following financial year” there were substituted “November 2002”.
