6. Section 76(1) of the 1953 Act (recovery of sums from officers of Post Office) shall apply in respect of sums falling due from a person engaged in the business of the Post Office, or his sureties, before 26th March 2001.
Section 76 of the 1953 Act was amended by paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 4 and Schedule 11 to the 1969 Act.
