10. In section 2(2)(e) of the Execution of Diligence (Scotland) Act 1926(1) (execution of arrestment or charge by registered letter in certain cases) for the words “the Post Office in pursuance of any provision contained in a scheme made under section 28 of the Post Office Act 1969” are substituted the words “a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in pursuance of any provision contained in a scheme made under section 89 of that Act”.
1926 c. 16. Subsection (2)(e) was amended by paragraph 30 of Schedule 4 to the Post Office Act 1969.
