121. In section 76(7)(g) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (1) (discrimination by public authorities) for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) so far as carrying out functions in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.
