127. In regulations 8(2)(b) of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Fish Farming in Marine Waters) Regulations 1999 (1) (publicity where an environmental statement is submitted) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “public post office (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000)”.
