Congested Districts (Scotland) Act 1897
5. In section 4(1)(f) of the Congested Districts (Scotland) Act 1897() (application of moneys at disposal of Commissioners) for the words “Postmaster General” are substituted the words “Post Office company (within the meaning of Part IV of the Postal Services Act 2000) or any subsidiary or wholly-owned subsidiary (within the meanings given by section 736 of the Companies Act 1985) of the Post Office company”.
