59. In Article 2(2) of the Access to the Countryside (Northern Ireland) Order 1983(1) in the definition of “statutory undertakers” for the words “the Post Office” are substituted the words “a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.
