Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2001

2.—(1) Part I of Schedule 2 to the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2001(1) is amended as follows.

(2) After “Sections 212 to 215” insert “(and accordingly Schedule 16)”.

(3) Omit “Section 253”.

(4) After “Sections 232 to 240” insert “(and accordingly Schedule 25)”.

(5) For “Sections 255 to 262 (and accordingly Schedules 29 and 30).” substitute—

“Sections 255 and 256.

Sections 261 and 262 (and accordingly Schedule 30).”.

(6) For “Sections 264 to 268.” substitute—

“Section 264.

Section 266.

Section 268.”.
