If an open-ended investment company which complies with the conditions necessary to enable it to enjoy the rights conferred by F1the UCITS directive so requests, the Authority may issue a certificate to the effect that the company complies with those conditions.

Such a certificate may be issued on the making of an authorisation order in respect of the company or at any subsequent time.
