Trustee Investments Act 1961 (c. 62) U.K.

1.  For paragraph 2A of Part III of Schedule 1 to the Trustee Investments Act 1961 M1 (wider-range investments), substitute— U.K.

“2A. In any shares in an open-ended investment company within the meaning of the Open-Ended Investment Companies Regulations 2001.”.

Stock Transfer Act 1963 (c. 18) U.K.

2.  For section 1(4)(f) of the Stock Transfer Act 1963 M2 (registered securities to which section 1 applies), substitute— U.K.

“(f) shares issued by an open-ended investment company within the meaning of the Open-Ended Investment Companies Regulations 2001.”.
