The Bretton Hall Higher Education Corporation (Dissolution) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128(1), (2) and (6) of the Education Reform Act 19881 the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, after consultation with Bretton Hall higher education corporation2 and the Higher Education Funding Council for England in accordance with subsection (4) of the said section 128 and with the consent of the University of Leeds given in accordance with subsection (2) of that section, hereby makes the following Order:—
