Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

18.  In CCR Order 48D—

(a) for “parking enforcement centre”, wherever it occurs, substitute “traffic enforcement centre”; and

(b) in rule 1(2), in the definition of “specified debts”, delete “Part II”.
