Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

6.  In rule 6.25—

(a) in paragraph (4)—

(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “or”;

(ii) in sub-paragraph (c) for “; or” substitute “.”; and

(iii) omit sub-paragraph (d); and

(b) after paragraph (4), insert—

“(5) This rule does not apply where service is to be effected in accordance with the Service Regulation.”.
