The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 30(1), (2)(a), (b), (c) and (d) and (2A) and 41(4) of the Employment Tribunals Act 19961 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after consultation with the Lord President of the Court of Session, hereby makes the following Rules:—
