19.—(1)  [F1 Subject to paragraph (1A),] A person guilty of an offence under regulation 18(a) shall be liable on summary conviction—

(a) to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months; or

(b) to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale,

or to both.

[F2 (1A) Where a person fails to comply with a requirement in respect of the UK(NI) indication, a person guilty of an offence under regulation 18(a) shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.]

(2) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 18(b), (c) or paragraphs 9, 10, 11 F3 ... of Schedule 13 shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
