PART IIIEXCISE DUTY POINTS, SECURITY AND PAYMENT OF DUTY

If the Commissioners so require the occupier of registered premises must give security for the payment of any duty that may become payable—
a
on tobacco products manufactured or received by him, or
b
under section 8 of the Act (charge in cases of default).
