Amendment of the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 2001
4. In regulation 47 (supply of free copies of register and list of overseas electors on request), after paragraph (1) insert–
“(1A) For the purposes of this regulation “register” includes any revised version of the register under section 13(1) and (3) of the Representation of the People Act 1983(1) and any notice under sections 13A(2) and 13B(3) of that Act.”.
