To the extent not already provided for by the F22010 Regulations, the Secretary of State shall exercise relevant functions conferred on him in such manner and to such extent as he shall consider necessary to secure that offshore oil and gas activities are carried out in a manner that is consistent with the requirements of the Directives.

In this regulation, the “2010 Regulations” means the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010.
