1.  These Rules may be cited as the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2001 and shall come into force—

(a) for the purposes of rules 2 and 3 and this rule, on 31st May 2001; and

(b) for the purposes of rule 4, on 15th October 2001.
