Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order designates the District of Three Rivers, excluding the M25 motorway, the M1 motorway, the A41 road and the A405 road, together with their on and off slip roads, for the whole of their lengths in the District, as both a permitted parking area and a special parking area in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991. It also applies with modifications various provisions of Part II of that Act to the designated area and modifies the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 in relation to the designated area.
