The Road Traffic Offenders (Additional Offences and Prescribed Devices) Order 2001 No. 1814

3.  In section 20(2) (evidence from prescribed devices: applicable offences), after paragraph (f) add—

“(g) an offence under section 29(1) of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994(1) (using or keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road).”.
