The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 431(2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 20001 (“the Act”), hereby make the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2001.
Appointed day2
18th June 2001 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act listed in the Schedule to this Order, for the purposes indicated there (or, where no purposes are indicated, for all purposes).
