This Order transfers trust property from the St George’s Healthcare National Health Service Trust to the trustees established for that trust under section 11(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 and makes related provision. A copy of the schedule of trust property transferred under this Order can be obtained from the Department of Health, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
