Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the General Teaching Council for England (Registration of Teachers) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 31st January 2001.

Amendment of the General Teaching Council for England (Registration of Teachers) Regulations 2000

2.  Regulation 1(2) of the General Teaching Council for England (Registration of Teachers) Regulations 2000(1) is amended by the substitution for “1st February 2001” of “1st June 2001”.
