2.  In regulation 8 of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 2001, paragraph (4) (amendment of regulation 43(3) of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1999)(1) is hereby revoked.
