In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sections 148(3), 149(6), 152(2) and (3), 153 and 166(3) of, and paragraph 2 of Schedules 11 and 13 to, and paragraphs 1 to 3 of Schedule 12 to, the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999M1, I hereby make the following Rules:
