The Civil Aviation Authority (Amendment) Regulations 2001

The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(1) and (2) and 102(1) and (2) of and paragraph 15 of Schedule 1 to the Civil Aviation Act 19821 and section 7(5) of the Transport Act 20002 and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals under section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19923, hereby makes the following Regulations:
