The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by paragraphs 13(1)(b)(iii), 14(1)(b), 17(a), (b) and (c), 18 and 22 of Schedule 3 to, and sections 417(1)1 and 426 to 428 of, the Financial Services and Markets Act 20002, hereby make the following Regulations:
