It is hereby certified that when depositing the instrument of ratification of the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons which may be deemed to be Excessively Injurious or to have Indiscriminate Effects and its Protocols I, II and III, adopted on 10th October 19803, the reservations and declarations set out in Schedule 2 to this Order were made.
