Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 19987

In rule 17.4, in paragraph (1)(b)—
a
at the end of sub-paragraph (ii), insert “or”; and
b
for sub-paragraphs (iii) and (iv), substitute—
iii
any other enactment which allows such an amendment, or under which such an amendment is allowed.

After rule 17.4, in the cross-reference, for “Rule 19.4” substitute “Rule 19.5”.
