Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998
8. In rule 19.5, in paragraph (1)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “or”; and
(b)for sub-paragraphs (c) and (d), substitute—
“(c)any other enactment which allows such a change, or under which such a change is allowed.”.
