In section 35(3) of the Land Drainage Act 199130—

a

for “the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions” there is substituted “the Secretary of State”; and

b

in paragraph (b), for “that Secretary of State” there is substituted “the Secretary of Transport, Local Government and the Regions”.
