12.—(1) The Water Resources Act 1991 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 21(3)(e)(1), for “the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions” there is substituted “the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions”.
(3) In paragraph 2(3)(f) of Schedule 5(2), for “the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions” there is substituted “the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions”.
(4) In Schedule 6—
(a)in paragraph 1(4)(g)(3), for “the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions” there is substituted “the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions”; and
(b)in paragraph 3(5)(4), for “the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions” there is substituted “the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions”.
