The School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (Commencement No. 9 and Supplemental Provisions) Order 2001 No. 2663 (C. 88)

2.  Section 115(2) and (3) of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 shall come into force on 20th July 2001 in relation to Wales.
