Amendment of the Sheep and Goats Identification (England) Order 2000U.K.

4.—(1) The Sheep and Goats Identification (England) Order 2000(1) shall be amended in accordance with the provisions of this regulation.

(2) Article 5 shall be deleted.

(3) In article 19 (Enforcement), the words “(other than article 5, which shall be enforced by the Minister)” shall be deleted.
