The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, acting in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 1, 7, 8(1), 23, 25, 83(2), and 87(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981(1) and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
