This Order designates the Borough of Bournemouth, with the exception of the A338 Wessex Way, together with all its on and off slip roads, for the whole of its length in the borough, as both a permitted parking area and a special parking area in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991. It also applies with modifications various provisions of Part II of that Act to the designated area and modifies the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 in relation to the designated area.
