1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (Welsh Language Forms) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 17th September 2001.
(2) In these Regulations, references to a section or to a numbered section are to a section of the Companies Act 1985 as applied to limited liability partnerships by regulations 3 and 4 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001(3).
2. Forms LLP 225 cym (Change of accounting reference date of a Limited Liability Partnership), LLP 363 cym (Annual return of a Limited Liability Partnership), LLP 652a cym (Application for striking off a Limited Liability Partnership) and LLP 652c cym (Withdrawal of application for voluntary strike off of a Limited Liability Partnership), which are set out in the Schedule, with such variations as circumstances require, are additional forms prescribed for the purposes of sections 225, 363, 652A and 652D of the Companies Act 1985 for use by a limited liability partnership whose incorporation document states that its registered office is to be situated in Wales.
3. The particulars or information contained in form LLP 652a cym are the particulars or information prescribed for the purposes of section 652A of the Companies Act 1985.

These Regulations prescribe new Forms LLP225 cym, LLP363 cym, LLP652a cym and LLP652c cym. The forms correspond to the forms LLP225, LLP363, LLP652a and LLP652c prescribed by the Limited Liability Partnerships (Forms) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/927) and have been prescribed in addition to those forms. The forms are in Welsh as well as in English, and will take effect on 17th September 2001. Any of the forms will be provided by the Registrar of Companies to any limited liability partnership whose incorporation document states that its registered office is to be situated in Wales and which notifies the Registrar that it wishes to receive a form in the Welsh language instead of forms LLP225, LLP363, LLP652a and LLP652c.
