Specified Offences
14. The Estate Agents (Specified Offences) (No 2) Order 1991 has effect as if the offences listed in the Schedule (and thereby specified for the purposes of section 3 of the Estate Agents Act 1979(1)) included offences committed under paragraph 11(3) of Schedule 13 to the Act (failure in relation to attendance at, and evidence etc. before the Financial Services and Markets Tribunal).
