Citation and Commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Brooke House Sixth Form College (Government) Regulations 2001, and shall come into force on 15th October 2001.
Instrument and Articles of Government
2. It is hereby prescribed that the instrument of government and articles of government of the further education corporation to be established under the name of “Brooke House Sixth Form College” shall be as set out in Schedules 1 and 2 to these Regulations respectively.
