Transitional provisions
20. The requirement in section 33F(2)(1) of the Gas Act for a company to make a statement to the Authority shall apply in respect of the first complete financial year of the company which commences on or after the appointed day and each subsequent financial year of the company after the appointed day.

With effect from the appointed day section 33F is inserted into the Gas Act by section 97.
