2. The Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 2000(1) shall be amended in accordance with regulations 3 to 11 of these Regulations and any reference in those provisions to any specified provision shall, unless the context requires otherwise, be taken to be a reference to the provision so specified of the Railways (Safety Case) Regulations 2000.
