Fees relating to the supply of marked registers and lists E+W

120.   The formula used for the purpose of calculating the fee that shall be paid to the relevant registration officer by a requestor prior to their being supplied with copies of the marked register or lists (or any relevant part those documents) under [F2 paragraph (4)] of regulation 117 shall be the same as for calculation of the fee for sale of the full register and notices, set out in paragraph (5) of regulation 111.]
